Signaling adaptor protein v-Crk remarkably induced actin stress fiber formation in v-Crk inducible 3Y1 cell line (21-2-1). Cells were treated with Dox for 48 hours. The localization of v-Crk was analyzed using anti-gag Ab (green), and actin fibers were stained by phalloidin (red). v-Crk was detected as dotted pattern at the ends of induced actin stress fibers.
