Immunohistochemical staining of the CDC34 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (DAB chromagen--brown color) in Jurkat T-cell ALL cell line. Staining reveals a high level of expression with CDC34 present in both nuclear and cytoplasmic compartments. The staining is heterogeneous; for example, the large cell in the center with no nuclear signal but moderate cytoplasmic staining is surrounded by several cells with predominantly nuclear staining.
