NIH 3T3 cells were cotransfected with pZIP-NeoSV(x)1 expression plasmids encoding the indicated RhoA(63L) proteins, either together with the empty pZIP-NeoSV(x)1 vector (-) or with pZIP-raf(340D) (1 µg/60-mm dish).
